Clint Pulpan being sworn in as Precinct Chair for Pct 109

My name is Clint Pulpan.  I am your Comal County Precinct 109 Chair.  I wanted to share a little about myself.  I’ve been married since 2018.  My wife and I are members of Cross Lutheran in New Braunfels where I serve on the safety team and the Board of Evangelism.  We were previously members of St. Andrew’s in Canyon Lake where I served as the Treasurer on church council. At the beginning of 2022, we decided we wanted to become foster parents.  At our ages, we just wanted to foster and had no intentions of adopting.  May of 2022, 2 half sisters were placed with us.  Well, God had different plans.  We now find ourselves in the process of adopting our 2 girls (now 14 months and 2.5 years old).  This wasn’t in our plans.  Realizing that I was going to now raise two children in Comal County, I felt like I needed to become more involved.  I don’t want to see what’s happening to the other counties in the I-35 corridor happen to Comal County.  I went to the Republican Party of Comal County website.  Low and behold, my precinct, 109, was 1 of 2 precincts where the chair was vacant.  I’m not prone to believe in coincidences, so I contacted Ms. Piner.  Here I am.

First and foremost, I’m a Christian.  I try to behave as a Christian should, though I fail at times.  However, I’m here to serve all in my precinct, regardless of religious beliefs.  I believe in local control, limited government, fiscal responsibility, personal responsibility, and an efficient criminal justice system.  Comal County is a great place to be.  I want it to stay that way.  I want it to continue to be a safe place for our daughters to grow up.  This is why I decided to serve you as your precinct chair.  Don’t hesitate to reach out to me at  There is also a Facebook Page called “Comal County GOP Pct 109” where I’ll try to keep you up to date on issues relevant to our area of Comal County.  Again, don’t hesitate to contact me.

Yours in Service,

Clint Pulpan
